Vietnam rubber market in 2025 records strong price increases, driven by recovering global automotive and manufacturing demand.
Vietnam is the third largest rubber producer in the world, after Thailand and Indonesia. Rubber plantation area in Vietnam is about 970,000 hectares, mainly concentrated in the Central Highlands and Southeast regions.
Vietnam rubber export prices are currently around $1,600 per ton, up 12% from the beginning of the year. Main export markets include China, South Korea, and Japan.
